We, Fineline Design Pte Ltd, an Interior Design firm in Singapore, would like to thank you for visiting our website fineline.com.sg. Your terms of use of our Site and the provision of services by us through the Site shall be governed by the terms and conditions. Your use of our Site constitutes your full agreement to our terms and conditions and other policies, which shall form a legally binding and enforceable contract between you and us. If you do not accept any provision in this Terms and Conditions or our other policies, you should immediately cease all usage of our Site and notify us to discontinue any updates which you have signed up for, failing which you shall be deemed to be bound by all the provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions and all other policies.

Becoming a Fineline Member

Once you have successfully signed up, you will receive an email for verification. Once you have verified, you have officially become a Fineline member. 

The membership is valid for a lifetime and will never expire.

You may click on My Profile after you have logged in, and update your personal details under “Profile Details”.

Yes, you may email to info@fineline.com.sg. Your membership account will be deactivated within 7 working days.

Loyalty Points & Members’ Benefits

Loyalty Points are points credited into your account when you have successfully referred a relative or friend to Fineline.

Loyalty Points enable you to redeem gifts and vouchers from selected merchants through Fineline.You may view the list of gifts and voucher at the redemption page. We will be changing the gifts and vouchers every quarter of the year.

For every referral you refer to us, you will be receiving 20 Loyalty Points. The accumulated points can be used to redeem attractive gifts and vouchers. The more you refer, the greater the reward!

Referring a relative of friend to Fineline

Simply fill up all the mandatory details in the Member Referral Form and submit online. Our Customer Care Officer will acknowledge you on the receipt of the form via email. 

Only new users who do not own an account with Fineline Design should be referred. The referee is aware that she/he will be contacted.

As most of you guys know, we are having our Annual Lucky Draw event which consists of giving away $38,888 cash and a pair of air tickets to Europe for FREE from now till 22nd September 2020! 🥳⠀
